Travel fees apply any time an officiant must drive more than 20 miles. Fees are calculated based on distance from the officiant's home:
Within 75 miles from Officiant's Home
$1 per mile
75–150 miles from Officiant's Home
$75 plus $1 per mile
More than 150 miles from Officiant's Home
$100 per hour plus $1 per mile
Overnight Stays
If travel requires an overnight stay, the couple is responsible for:

- • Overnight stay at 3-star or above accommodation
- • $75 per diem per day

What's your cancellation policy?
- • 60+ days before: Full refund
- • 30-60 days before: 50% refund
- • Less than 30 days: Non-refundable
- • Deposits are non-refundable
Do you travel for ceremonies?
Yes! We're happy to discuss travel requirements for your ceremony. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and logistics.
